Job requirements

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk to join us on a temporary basis to assist in the migration of one intranet/communication platform to another. We expect this role to be ongoing for up to 8 weeks, covering 37.5 hours per week between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. 

Key Requirements

  • 5 GCSEs grades A* - C/ 9 - 4 (or equivalent), including in English.

  • Able and confident in communicating with colleagues at all levels.

  • Excellent written communication.

  • At least one years’ recent data entry experience. Additional administration experience is ideal but not essential.

  • Excellent working knowledge of (business) digital platforms or intranets.

  • A good grasp of Microsoft operating system and associated apps. Must be able to use Excel for data entry purposes.

  • Previous migration and content management experience would be advantageous.

  • Must have high diligence and attention to detail.

  • Must have good prioritisation and time management skills.

  • Must have high integrity and discretion due to the management of sensitive information.

  • Self-starter, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation.

  • High levels of professionalism, innovation, creativity, flexibility and adaptability.
